The best way to use honey

Every morning on an empty stomach, mix a tablespoon of honey with half a cup of warm (not hot) water.
It is preferable to leave the mixture for 20 minutes (optional), then drink it.

Avoid eating for 30 to 45 minutes after drinking.

If using honey for stomach problems, it is best to consume it without water.
