The best way to use honeycomb

Every morning on an empty stomach, mix a tablespoon of honey with half a cup of warm (not hot) water.
You can leave the mixture for 20 minutes (optional), then drink it.

Avoid eating for 30 to 45 minutes after drinking.

The comb can also be eaten on its own at any time.

If you are using honey for stomach problems, it is best taken without water.
